Human Rights Institute Work-Study Opportunities
The Human Rights Institute offers Work-Study positions for undergraduate and graduate students at Columbia who are interested in gaining experience working in the Human Rights field during their studies. Opportunities may include administrative assistance, communications and outreach, event management, research, and more. Students will have the opportunity to work closely with the HRI team and contribute to HRI's mission of advancing human rights through scholarship and practice.

Work-Study Program Assistant
The Columbia Law School Human Rights Institute (HRI) invites applications for a year-long Work-Study Program Assistant, available Fall through Spring semester. HRI’s Work-Study Program Assistant will provide holistic communications support to HRI’s team. This person will support administration, outreach and communication, and HRI’s robust events and programming. The Program Assistant will gain an understanding of the non-profit sector, in addition to in-depth exposure to the Institute’s work overall. For more information, click here.
