Primary Goals

  • To give students a realistic appreciation of what M&A practice involves
  • To teach the fundamentals of M&A deal-making through a focus on key substantive practice areas as well as the principal documents used by practitioners
  • To build drafting and negotiating skills needed in an M&A practice
