
How do I make photocopies for my group?
Columbia University Printing Services (located in the basement of the School of Journalism B off college walk near Broadway and 116th Street) and the Faculty Secretariat (Room 711, JG Hall, 854-2688) can provide Law School groups with printing services. Materials left with the Faculty Secretariat should include a Copy Request Form, which lists the name of the organization, the name of the person responsible for copies, and the organization’s account number. For Print Services, you can order services online at www.columbia.edu/cu/studentservices/printing/. Your account will later be debited for print services.
Where do I pick up a letter of credit?
Letters of credit may be picked up from the Student Services desk between the hours of 9a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Please remember, Student Services is not open after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays.
Groups that would like to use Columbia letterhead with their organization's name on it must first request approval from their advisor, Joel Kosman, before heading over to the Secretariat's Office located on the 7th floor of Jerome Greene Hall.
Can I sign up for direct deposit?
Yes, student group members seeking approved reimbursement who wish to sign up for direct deposit can do so here. Once on this website, enter your name and hit submit. The following page should then show your name. Click on it and then click edit. On the next window, click on the drop down for 'Direct Deposit Modification" and enter in the text box "Request for direct deposit modification". Continue. Complete all the necessary informtion required on the following page for where you'd like your reimbursment sent. Be sure to click on " Switch from Check payments to ACH" under "Type of Disbursement Change".
How do I get a copy of my most recent Student Organization financial statement?
You can get your most recent student group account statement by coming to the front desk of Student Services with your groups account number.
How do I book space outside of the Law School?
You can book space at a number of buildings and venues on Columbia's main campus by going to http://uem.columbia.edu/student/home. From this site you will be able to view and request available indoor and outdoor spaces.
