Classroom Technology

Information Technology at Columbia Law School assists the community with many tasks. For specific services, visit their Classroom Technology section.

Please note, some services may have fees associated with them. Please report damaged or mistreated classroom technology as soon as possible to 212-854-2400.

Building Services

Building Services coordinates furniture procurement, relocation and repair, phones, keys, cleaning, office moves, elevators, fire safety, air conditioning and heating complaints, light bulbs, and card access. If you find something missing, broken, or in need of attention in Law School space, you must submit your requests via email to fix-it@law.columbia.edu. Please report concerns as soon as possible.

Event Planning

In general, Columbia Law School space is not available for non–Law School or non-Columbia University activities. We maintain a rigorous schedule of academic courses, lectures, faculty and student events throughout the calendar year. 

In order to help faculty, staff, and student groups successfully execute their events, various offices are available to advise and aid you with the detailed process of hosting an event on campus. Please visit the Event Planning guide to see what resources may be available.
