Steven G. Tepper is a partner in the New York office of Arnold & Porter. His practice covers a broad range of corporate, commercial, and financial transactions, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and international finance and business transactions.
Tepper frequently represents domestic and foreign issuers and underwriters in securities offerings and other capital-raising transactions. He has also represented domestic and foreign companies in a broad range of industries, in merger-and-acquisition transactions, joint ventures, distribution, licensing, manufacturing and marketing arrangements, trade issues, employment matters, and other matters related to their U.S. and international businesses.
In addition to his representation of private sector clients, Tepper has for many years represented foreign sovereigns, including the governments of Israel, Turkey, and Hungary, in connection with their U.S. bond offerings, the privatization of state-owned enterprises, and other financial transactions. He has also served as a consultant to international organizations on privatization and related matters.
