Dina R. Jansenson teaches negotiation at Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law, and has often been called upon to provide training in negotiation and mediation for corporations, universities, and organizations such as the United Nations, the Department of Justice, and the New York City Bar Association.

Jansenson is a senior mediator and arbitrator for JAMS, a U.S. national dispute resolution company, and she has more than 20 years of experience mediating and arbitrating a wide variety of claims.

She serves as an external, third-party, ombudsperson for Bertelsmann and its subsidiaries and affiliates in North and South America. She is of counsel to the law firm of Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer. Jansenson has lived in Argentina and Israel, and speaks fluent Spanish and Hebrew.

She earned her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1984.
