The Columbia Journal of Environmental Law publishes innovative scholarship on emerging areas of environmental law. The journal is edited by a student board of editors chosen from among the staff at the end of the second year. Students are selected for second-year staff positions on the basis of personal statements, resumes, and writing samples.
