This is a general course in U.S. copyright law, both traditional and digital. Some of the specific topics we will cover are the subject matter of copyright; infringement; fair use;
ownership; duration and transfer; and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
The grade will be based on a combination of examination (proctored) and class participation
