The Conference on Contractual Innovation was jointly sponsored by Columbia Law School, NYU School of Law and the Kauffman Foundation. The principal papers were presented by a group of scholars currently writing on the interface of contract law and innovation with comments by discussants and further discussion by scholars of contract and related fields.
