Easels, Tables, and Banners

Those requiring easels, tables, and banners may make reservations for these items by email to the Building Services and Operations department. These items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Easels

As the demand for easel space may exceed supply, please be aware of the following guidelines:

• Postings are limited to one poster per event (multiple easels are not provided);
• Posters will be removed immediately after the event and, unless arrangements are made to the contrary, discarded immediately;
• Multiple-event posters will not be accepted;
• Easel reservations will not be considered, and cannot be made, more than two days in advance of the event;
• Easel availability determines policy flexibility.

Banners

Building Services and Operations offers both wall and podium banners. Wall banners are available in two styles. Custodial Services is responsible for installing all wall banners. Podium banners have self-stick Velcro for installation, and can be easily placed by the user.

Tables

Please be aware that in compliance with safety regulations, tables may only be placed in designated areas.
