Building Services & Operations

Welcome to the Building Services and Operations website. Our staff stands ready to assist those planning on-site events, helping to arrange furniture procurement, phone services, key duplication, building-related repairs, cleaning, office moves, elevators, fire safety, office temperature issues, light bulbs, and key card access. Requests for help in any of these areas may be submitted by email. If you are having food at your event and require custodial services, furniture reconfiguration/removal, partition removal in the Case Lounge, easels, linen, or furniture rentals, after-hour and/or weekend access, security, and the like, please submit requests via email. 

Information Center

The Information Center, or “Infocenter,” which is part  of the Building Services and Operations department, oversees: 

• Mail posting and distribution, including payroll
• Lost and found
• Student locker assignments
• Mailboxes for faculty, staff, student journals, and organizations
